A year has passed since many of our gardens were forced to rethink day to day operations to meet government guidelines, protect our employees, and help prevent the spread of Covid. One of the tools that many of us quickly adopted was a timed ticketing system to help regulate how many guests were in our gardens and when. These timed ticketing systems have been used for guest and member admissions, special exhibits, indoor spaces, and more and, for many of us, have been an essential aspect of reopening. But will we continue to use them when the restrictions are lifted and operations return to “normal”?
